Fantastic Work
It was wonderful to have a company actually fix the issues we had with water coming into our basement. Pete did such a great job with setting expectations for the work to be performed. Furthermore, the crew that worked on our exterior drainage system was professional and I was amazed at how well they restored the landscape so that you could barely tell that a pipe was installed! I would highly recommend this company.
Excellent Job
From our initial meeting with Pete who thoroughly explained our options for fixing the exterior ground water seepage into our family room, taking several hours to explain all the options, then providing a thorough and fair estimate, we are extremely happy with the outcome. Polivio and his 2 man crew worked diligently, carefully and respectfully. They arrived on time and worked continuously thru the 2 1/2 day project. We just had heavy rains for the last two days and there is no water seepage and the drain they ran all the way down to the street was flowing out the water. Finally, Corinne couldn't have been nicer, more efficient or more responsive. Every time I called with a concern, she was emphatic and knowledgeable and assured me that the crew would do a great job for us. She was absolutely right! I highly recommend Worthington Basement Health Systems! Thank You for being a very reputable company that we can trust.

I would highly recommend Worthington. We wanted to put in an egress window to make the basement safer. Through the consultation, scheduling, construction and billing, I was very pleased with the customer service and professionalism of all involved. The options for the project were presented very clearly and made the decision making easy. Scheduling did take a little while, but for understandable circumstances given the demand and the winter weather - however, through it all my questions were promptly answered and I always knew where things stood. Construction was completed on time, and the crew was courteous and extremely hard working. I am pleased with the craftsmanship of the work - and even more so, I was very happy that the crew leveled out the tire marks and laid down grass seed and straw. Finally, billing and payment was easy. Now our basement is safer, plus we have some great natural light in the finished section. I would highly recommend Worthington!
No More Leaks through Bilco Door
We were in the process of finishing our basement and before doing so wanted to make sure that humidity and water coming through the Bilco door into our basement was resolved. We did extensive research and decided to go with Worthington. Top notch service from the original onsite assessment, which was pressure free, to the onsite work. After the work was complete we had a bit of humidity still building up on the exterior of the foundation on the Bilco door steps, and Worthington came out the next day to resolve the issue. Two months later and we have had no water or humidity build up in our basement. When we walk into the basement you can feel the difference in air quality.
Educational! Knowledgeable! Trustworthy!
Of 3 estimates, they were the most comprehensive and knowledgeable about inside waterproofing and outside waterproofing. Very educational and answered questions that the other companies weren’t versed in. Part of the outside work couldn’t be estimated until they did a deeper look into my crawl space. The outside additional work was worth it, because I had some hidden water damage. I trust them. Darius was very educational with the initial estimate and explanation. Milton and his crew worked very hard to get things done right. Corinne from the office was helpful and kind.
