Watertight Basement
We had Sean and his team in to our house to dry up our basement. Every time we had a very hard storm we had water around the bottom perimeter of some of our walls. It even came in the windows. I knew Sean from a nonprofit where I served on the board — we chose Worthington to do a “full encapsulation” and it was quite complex. But his team has deep experience and dried it up tight. In our own home, we did a mini version of that. Now, any water that would come in the walls is channeled down internally in the walls into a new perimeter drain and connected to a commercial sump pump. Our basement smells clean and is bone dry. They installed a drain system in the window wells to also channel that water as well. Sean leads a professional crew. It’s a job done right.
