Initial evaluation and subsequent discussions with Matt Jones were very informative, helping us decide on a scope of work. The crew, led by Mr. Polivio, worked very hard and did an excellent job of completing the scope of work in just two days (64’ French drain, new crock, sump pump and backup battery pump system, two basement window wells with interior drains). The team was courteous, and obviously did all they could to reduce the impact to us during the work. All in all a very positive experience!

I had an excellent experience with Worthington from beginning to end. Their impressive website led me to call them in the first place. Their sales person came to the house and did an extremely thorough assessment of the egress site and explained all the aspects of what would be done, including any potential challenges that might come up once the job was actually underway. Each member of the work team was super conscientious, did a somewhat difficult job (at least in my view) without complaint, and their workmanship was excellent. Their office staff has been extremely cordial and responsive. So, 5 Stars all around.

I called to request a free quote. Scheduling was easy and flexible. Matt the inspector came right on time and was thorough and knowledgeable but not pushy. The crew came out and completed the work even sooner than estimated. Online contract and payment system very easy to use. Professional and timely service all around.
Professional and knowledgeable from the start.
We called Worthington based on a recommendation from a friend. It was easy to set up an appointment and the rep arrived right on time. My husband and I showed Mr. Heiken the problem, gave him some background, and a tour of our late 1890’s basement. After a detailed discussion of the history and location of the problem, along with some further investigation, he identified the source of the water that was causing the problem -- a cracked outside pipe leading from a downspout. Unfortunately, this is outside of the scope of Worthington’s service, and he suggested some other avenues for repair. While Worthington was not able to resolve the issue, Mr. Heiken pointed us in the right direction. His professional attitude and willingness to help despite the fact that it would not result in any business for the company, he took extra time to make sure that we understood what needed to be done. These folks are honest and capable. That combo is essential and we highly recommend them.
