Amazing Job
Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value Since I placed my first call to Worthington I have been happy and they have exceeded my expectations. Darius was very helpful in giving me knowledge of what was needed and what should be done. Even before I signed a contract and was getting other quotes I went back to him and played 20 questions and he answered all my questions and concerns even without a contract. The 3 day job was noisy and messy but the guys did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves each day and the dust was so minimal that I did not even notice it on anything but the floor which is to be expected. I could not be happier with the job that was done and would recommend anyone needing a basement waterproofed to have Worthington do the job. I am experiencing an issue with the battery backup but Darius has been helpful in coordinating someone to come out and check it out this week. These guys did something that was above their responsibility as well. On the last day, it had rained a lot overnight and I had been parking my car on my front lawn to clear the driveway for their truck and equipment. My Subaru Ascent was stuck in deep mud and couldn't get out. The guys used their truck and pulled my SUV out of the mud.
