I had basement waterproofed, sump pump dug out with pump replacement and air mover system installed. The sales process was very informative and helpful and Matt answered all my questions. Polivia and his crew that did the work were timely, kept me in the loop with suggestions and pointed out some things I did not realize. They worked very hard, were professional, respectful and careful in my house. I am very pleased with the outcome and glad that I selected Worthington for the work.

Old homes have a lot of charm, and their share of issues. I have had water problems in the basement ever since I bought the home 35 years ago. I searched online and found Worthington who had a great process from the initial meeting with Pete to access the problem, to dealings with Corrine in the office to get the work scheduled, to having Milton and his crew in to do the work. The crew worked tirelessly for two and one half days to complete a huge task. So glad I didn't try to do this myself as I once thought. The basement looks 200% better and after a few storms to test the work out, it has been water-free. The work was done in a timely fashion and the cost was reasonable, in line with or lower than other quotes. Would recommend Worthington totally!

Worthington fixed my exterior drainage issue causing water leaks into my sunroom. They laid out my options, pointing out where they felt particular systems were superior to others and wrote up a sensible, cost-effective proposal. The foreman and his crew worked hard and executed the plans, answering my questions throughout the process. One thing I particularly appreciate about Worthington is their honest approach, letting you know if it will be a while before work can commence; however, once they begin, they see the work through to the end. This contrasts with other disingenuous contractors who will get you “on the hook” by starting the work only to leave you stranded indefinitely as they initiate more and more jobs. You can trust Worthington’s expertise and for them to do what they promise honestly and professionally.

We had a sump pump, dehumidifier and air filtration system installed to mitigate some basement water issues. The job that Polivio and his crew did was really remarkable - they worked tirelessly for a little over two days to finish the job in a completely professional and courteous manner. We are very pleased with the results of this project and would gladly recommend Worthington To any future potential customers.

Total overhaul of 100 year old basement

Worthington was referred by a friend who owns a restoration company. Our home is 100 years old and only had a one sump pump. We purchased the entire system to not only handle the water infiltration but also the air handler and the dehumidifier. The system is working perfectly. We had a “hiccup” at the beginning of the project but was worked out very professionally. Office staff and job crew were very courteous and respectful. Our job took 6 days and was cleaned up every evening. Would highly recommend the company.
