Overall, the Worthington folks were very accommodating and professional. Everyone from estimator, scheduler, and fieldwork employees. They explained the scope of work and kept me updated throughout the entire project. Everything was done in a day and a half, which was way faster than expected. I would recommend them 100%.

While there are a lot of things to worry about with and old home, having water in the basement can be one of the worst feelings for a homeowner. Worthington has provided us with peace of mind after installing a dehumidifier and two sump pumps with backup batteries. The Worthington team is always honest, responsive, professional and willing to go the extra mile. I would reccomend Worthington without reservation.
Sump pump and drain system in basement
Needed a drain system in basement with sump pump, drain system, new windows and drywall from damage from water coming into window wells. Early to write a review as you want to make sure it works when you have a bad storm but hired them because of many years doing work and reviews I read. I did get 3 estimates and they weren’t cheapest but I felt most thorough in what needed to be done. They were here 5 days and worked diligently and explained what they were doing. All work looks great and it was also great communicating with Corinne in front office. I feel I made proper choice in hiring them.

Great service
Excellent customer service and communication. The owner even called me at wok on the day of the job to be sure I wanted to continue since another problem was discovered. We have had no major rain since the installation so it has yet to be tested fully, but the from what I can see the work was done quickly and cleanly, and I have no doubt if there are problems they will be resolved. I have absolute faith in this company.
Basement Waterproofing
My basement had water leaking in it for years. I have superior walls in this basement. Worthington came out and assessed the situation and fixed the problem quickly and correctly. They did not try to sell me unneeded repairs and were honest and reliable. My repairman did a fantastic job and the basement is totally dry now for the last 6 months even with heavy rains.

no. They were super fast, super clean, did an AWESOME job and through all of the crap rain this spring and crazy humidity now, my basement looks (and smells!) great. Totally worth it.

I am a retired CFO whose career included managing facilities and major construction projects. Worthington from among 4 companies was the most professional and while not the lowest bid provided what we felt was best value. When the job was completed 1/2 day ahead of schedule, I inspected the work and was delighted. One does not often think of craftmanship in water proofing a basement but there was skill and pride in the work performed from the lack of careless drips of sealant, to every bolt tightened on sump covers, to the obvious care of the concrete skim coat. Professional, quality work at a fair price.
